Overhaul box sash windows using Window Care System including new sash cords and furniture

Check/upgrade all plumbing and electrics including alarm
Internal, hack off and replace perished plaster/render and decorate all rooms and stairwells
External, pressure wash down, cut out and repair all cracks and paint using specialist coatings
